Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for international patients.

The recommended stay depends on your procedure. Most shoulder surgery patients stay for about 2–4 days, Pelvic Plasty patients for about 3–5 days, and RibXcar patients for about 2–3 days. A longer stay may be recommended if you are having more than one procedure.
The surgery fee generally includes pre-surgery tests, X-rays and CT scans, surgery and anesthesia, a private hospital room, meals during admission, 24-hour hospital care, airport pickup, English support, and initial medications. Exact inclusions may vary depending on the procedure.
Yes, multiple procedures can be performed during the same trip. You will generally need about 2–3 days of recovery between each procedure. If you are having three procedures, a total stay of approximately 10–14 days from your arrival in Korea is usually sufficient.
Our international team will stay in contact with you through WhatsApp or email. You can send us photos and updates, and we will check them with your surgeon. If you need suture removal, imaging, or in-person care, this can usually be arranged with a local clinic in your country.
